  1. For daugh:mix all ingredients and make a soft daugh cover it and leave it for 30 mins
  2. For tikki:take a pan and add oil and jeera...when jira starting splitter add ginger garlic paste after that add peas,green chutney and rice flour and saute for 30 sec..after this add potatoes and all the masala and mix it well
  3. When aloo cools down shape tikkis
  4. Took a bowl add maida,courn flour and salt and make a slurry put tikkis in it and then bread crumbs and fry till golden brown colour
  5. For naan take iron tawa and heat up well take a ball size daugh and roll it as a naan shape and put it on tawa and cook it for 30sec each side
  6. For the assembling take a tawa or griller after that take naan add some mayonnaise, onion and tikkis
  7. And put it in a griller and grill in until it's became golden....
